Below is the setting that places this topic under approval control.
   * Set APPROVALDEFINITION = ApprovalDefinitionExample

We can now use any of the =%<nop>APPROVAL{...}%= tags in this topic:

   * Show the state message
      * ==%<nop>APPROVAL{"statemessage"}%==
      * %APPROVAL{"statemessage"}%

   * Show a preference setting defined in the definition topic
      * ==%<nop>APPROVAL{"pref" name="MYPREF"}%==

   * Show the transition form

We can also set a preference for the history format in the following way:

The history is displayed by using the ==%<nop>APPROVAL{"history"}%== macro.
